What is enginuitySales.com?
enginuitySales.com is an AI-powered sales assistant designed to help sales teams manage opportunities, track relationships, and progress deals through structured stages. The platform provides guided workflows, task generation, reminders, and communication drafting to support efficient selling.
How does the AI assistant work?
The AI assistant analyzes your opportunity data, stage progress, and activity patterns to generate actionable next steps, draft follow-up messages, and flag deals that need attention. It learns from your pipeline to give relevant guidance throughout the sales process.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Authentication is handled through secure JSON Web Tokens (JWT), and sessions are managed with short-lived tokens. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your account and workspace data.
Can I collaborate with my team?
Yes. Workspaces support multiple members with configurable roles and permissions. Team members can view, create, and update opportunities, relationships, and clients within shared workspaces. Invitations and role management are available from the workspace settings page.
What stages are included in the sales pipeline?
The default pipeline includes Discovery, Qualifying, Build Value, Proposal, Negotiation, and Closed Won or Closed Lost. Stages can be customized per workspace from the settings page, and each stage includes a configurable checklist to ensure consistent deal progression.
Can I import data from other CRM tools?
Yes. You can import clients, relationships, and opportunities from CSV files using the Import button in the settings page. The platform supports the native EngineerTheSale CSV format, with additional integration formats (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and others) in development.
How do reminders and notifications work?
The platform can generate reminders for follow-ups, stage transitions, and stalled deals. Notifications are displayed within the application. You can configure notification preferences from the settings page.
What happens to my data if I cancel my account?
You can delete your account from the profile settings page. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, personal data, and associated workspace records. Workspace data belonging to a team will be preserved for remaining members. We recommend exporting your data before deletion.
